Protein-Rich-Foods

Diet

Eat protein, Vitamin A, B12, E & omega 3 rich foods daily. For protein Milk, egg whites and fish; for omega-3 fatty acids salmon and mackerel and sprinkle a tablespoon or two of freshly ground flaxseed; for Vitamin A, B12 and E fresh vegetables, fruits and milk.

It has B6, C, magnesium, folate, betanine, and potassium. Boil 7-8 beetroots and grind with Mehandi leaves. Apply it on scalp and leave it for 30 minutes before rinsing it off with normal water.
